Directly underfoot is the Ortholite sockliner. The midsole is injected EVA foam. The material is given shape by the Sensifit upper, which wraps the foot from the soles to the laces, so the upper doesn’t move or stretch. The upper is built with a water resistant textile with an anti-debris mesh cover over the tongue. The Sensifit is complemented with Quicklaces, a polyester cord that easily and quickly adjusts around your feet and is secured with a spring-loaded lace-lock. Salomon has enhanced this fit system with something they call Endofit, which is an integral fit sleeve that wraps the midfoot and extends the length of the tongue; it adds comfort and improves feedback, extending your feel past your feet, so that the shoe.
