MSR - Elixir 3 Tent

Description

The body mixes mesh with solid fabric to keep you cool when it's warm and warm when it's cool. Rugged 70D nylon on the bottom gets a shot of endurance from 3000mm polyurethane and DWR coatings. Made from 68D ripstop polyester with taped seams, the DWR-treated fly lets fresh air flow without sharing such freedom with the rain so you stay dry no matter what the weather. This lightweight tent readily holds you and two friends, and the star-shaped skylight gives you some other than each other to stare at in the interminable hours just before dawn. Two strong but light aluminum poles turn this mass of fabric into a delightfully spacious mobile abode. Everyone in your packing posse has a job: someone schleps the food, someone watches for bears, and someone hauls the tent. Made from 68D ripstop polyester with taped seams, the DWR-treated fly lets fresh air flow without sharing such freedom with the rain so you stay dry no matter what the weather. When winds threaten to blow your tent down, firm up your foundation by using the six (included) stakes. Lucky for you, you've been assigned to tote the MSR Elixir 3 3-Person 3-Season tent. So long as you're not planning an Arctic expedition, this early spring-through-late fall tent will protect you from the elements.
