Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10 to 12 mm) 39" (1 m) width the two hinges will hold up to 140 lbs. If hinges are to be used for other than their intended purpose approval must be obtained from the CRL Shower Door Technical Sales Department. They also deliver increased self-centering force and the heat-treated stainless steel springs produce enhanced durability. Stocked in six popular finishes with custom finishes available. Use only the template included with this hinge. Glass fabrication is required. CRL Victoria Series Hinges have the ability of supporting wider heavier doors with a maximum door weight of 140 lbs. (64 kg) and a maximum door width of 39" (1 m) using only two hinges. For use with 3/8" and 1/2" (10 and 12 mm) thick tempered glass. Cut-out dimensions for CRL hinges may not match those of other brands. Maximum two hinges per door. SPECIFICATIONS: Glass Thickness: 3/8" to 1/2" (10 to 12 mm) Tempered Safety Glass Construction: Solid Brass Hinge Swings: 90 Degree in and 90 Degree Out (at Factory Set Position) Closing Type: Self-Centering when within 15 Degree of Closed. Important Notes: CRL Shower Door Hinges are designed for residential or hotel shower use. NOTE: Do not use three hinges. This produces a frameless aesthetic by reducing the amount of hardware needed. These hinges utilize an integrated stiffening beam to minimize clamping plate flex resulting in exceptional holding power.
